Do you sell the equipment or only install it?
Both. We supply genuine Hikvision equipment with warranty, install it and leave it configured. If you already bought equipment on your own, we install and configure that too.
Can I watch my cameras from my phone when I'm away?
Yes — we set up secure remote access so you can watch live cameras, recordings and access events from the app, wherever you are, even with several branches on one account.
How many days of footage can I keep?
As many as your operation needs: we size the storage (NVR and drives) based on camera count, resolution and required retention — typically 15 to 90 days.
Do you service systems you didn't install?
Yes. We diagnose and maintain existing Hikvision installations: cleaning, firmware updates, camera adjustment and access recovery.
